Using the Computer and Managing Files |

Targets
At the end of this course, users shall have acquired the knowledge and skills required to use a PC and its operating system.
More specifically, users shall be able to configure the main settings, use the online help and manage applications that do not respond. They shall also be able to skillfully use the icons and windows of the desktop; manage and organize files and folders; copy, move and delete files and folders; compress and extract files from databases.
The course shall also address the problem of viruses and explain how to effectively use anti-virus programs.
Users shall also learn how to use the basic tools of the operating systems to process documents and manage prints.
At the end of the course, users shall be able to take the ICDL exam related to Module 2 required to attain the International Computer Driving License.
